Its been a while since I have sat down to write a post that I almost forgot the password to this account:)) I wanted to thank you all for being so patient with me. If you haven’t followed my Instagram, I have been busy with taking my 2 year old to here and there, trying to make the most of it whilst we still have chance to enjoy nice weather before Autumn comes to say hello!
Its been hard to find inspiration especially since my work/balance/ financial situation has been non-existent. The bright side is none of the above leads me to any difficulties, therefore I would love to share my little secret on how to look good with limited budget.
SHOP MY POST
– Choosing garments that you can wear with a lot of different things will really extend your wardrobe range.
2. Shopping when Sales On and Off- Seasoons
– Shops are having sales more often than 10 years ago so you might find the jacket you have eyes on on the sale rack in a few weeks time after its launched. I rarely pay full price for anything I wear.
3. Sell and Trade
-Sell the clothes you don’t wear and trade items. EBay is an amazing platform for selling second hand clothes. Alternatively, swapping clothes with a friend or family member to create a new twist on your look.
4. Shop Charity
-You might find hidden gems in second hand shops. The great thing about shopping charity is that your money goes so much further.
5. The Power of Accessorize
-Go for simple outfit and add accessories to make it look very classy. Accessories can give the same outfit two or more different looks.
6. Shopping in Your Closet
-Spend a day taking everything out and going through it all. I am sure there are many things in your wardrobe at home that you have forgotten about.
7. Don’t Underestimate Lower End Stores
-Dont count out stores like Asda, Tesco or Lidl. You can find some really nice things there. Have a look and see what is there.
